Steve Wyman is currently a Technical Team Lead at Shell Lubricants, where they also serve as a Regional Technical Expert and lead the Rotating Equipment Assurance Team. Previously, Steve worked at Flint Hills Resources as a Reliability Center Coordinator from 2012 to 2013 and held the position of Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at LyondellBasell from 2008 to 2012. Early in their career, Steve gained experience as a Project Engineer Co-op at Cargill in 2007. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
