Steven Jerome Ingco has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Adamson University, completed in 2015. From January 2016 to March 2018, Steven served as an Instructor at Adamson University. Following that, Steven gained diverse experience at Petron Corporation, starting as a Refinery Engineer for nine months in 2016, then transitioning to a Logistics & Operations Planning Engineer from September 2016 to October 2018, followed by a role as a Shift Engineer from October 2018 to March 2023. Steven later became the Chief Logistics and Operations Planning Engineer at the Refinery Solid Fuel-Fired Boiler Power Plant. Currently, since April 2025, Steven works as a Technical Specialist in Engineering Data Management at Shell.
