Steven Simpson

Steven Simpson is a seasoned aviation professional with over 35 years of experience in the field. Currently, they serve as the Manager of Air Transport Operational Excellence at Shell, where they lead global initiatives focused on aviation safety and operational risk management. Previously, Steven held various roles at Shell, including Regional Aviation Manager and Aviation Safety & Compliance Manager. They also served as Chief of Staff in the US Marine Corps, overseeing significant operations and budgets. Steven continues to pursue their education at Florida State University, Air War College, and Air Command and Staff College.
