Stuart Whiteley

Stuart Whiteley is currently an HSE Manager at Shell, leveraging extensive experience from previous roles, including as a UN Weapons Inspector and various leadership positions within Shell. They served as an HSE Operations Manager in Kuwait and Managed Health Discipline for the EMEA region, alongside roles in Egypt and Oman. Stuart began their career with the Health and Safety Executive, where they developed UK safety standards and conducted workplace inspections. They hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Chemistry, both from The University of Manchester.
