Sudip Kumar

Sudip Kumar has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental governance, with a significant tenure at Shell from May 2017 to November 2023. As HSE Excellence Lead, Sudip directed asset integrity and safety governance across over 150 sites, achieving a 95% asset availability while pursuing Shell's 2030 Goal Zero and Net Zero Emissions targets. Previous roles at Shell included managing post-contract governance and road safety initiatives. Sudip's earlier career includes leadership positions at Adani Ports and SEZ, where a proactive safety culture was established, and Reliance Industries Limited, focusing on safety and quality in high-risk environments. Sudip holds a Higher National Diploma in Industrial Safety and a Master of Science in Physics.
