Prior to Shell, Sujatha worked at IBM in roles including Agile Scrum Master and Sr. Quality Analyst, where they led large-scale transformations and fostered a culture of continuous learning. Sujatha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and has a background in process quality assurance and project management.
