Susan Rassas

Susan Rassas is a Business Information Security Officer with over 15 years of international experience in the energy industry. They previously served as an IT Process, System, Tool and Organisational Change Manager at Royal Dutch Shell, where they designed and implemented change management strategies for large IT projects. Susan also worked as an Internal Communications Manager, developing global strategies for IT communications across multiple channels. Currently, they are a Les Mills Body Pump Instructor and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach while pursuing a Master of Social Work at Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the University of Notre Dame.
