Susanne Branham

Susanne Branham is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience at Shell, currently serving as the Customer Insights Lead for Low Carbon Solutions, where the focus is on assisting customers in their decarbonization efforts. Previously, Susanne held various leadership roles within Shell, including Global Customer Insights Lead for Chemicals and S&D, and Global Customer Insights Manager for Pennzoil/Quaker State. In these roles, Susanne provided critical market insights and supported product development and marketing strategies. Prior experience includes consultancy roles at Phillip Townsend Associates and Business Research Group, where Susanne managed diverse teams in conducting international market research for major companies. Susanne holds a Master's degree in Marketing & HR from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
