Sze Wei Hoong

Sze Wei Hoong is currently the Head of Supply Chain Contract Management at Shell, where they oversee long-term supply chain contract strategy and serve as a product owner for logistics technology, including a Logistics Control Tower. With past roles at Shell including Operation Excellence and CI Analyst and Logistics Excellence Manager APMESA, Sze Wei has developed expertise in the lubricant supply chain and third-party logistics management. Prior to Shell, they worked as a Product Delivery Executive at Nike. Sze Wei is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering at the National University of Singapore and holds certifications as an APICS CSCP and CPIM, as well as being a Certified Scrum Product Owner.
