Tammy Little

Tammy Little serves as the General Manager of the Norco Manufacturing Complex at Shell, overseeing an integrated refinery and chemical manufacturing facility since March 2010. With a strong background in supply chain, logistics, and optimization for the Americas region, Tammy has held various leadership roles, including General Manager of Chemicals Operations and General Manager of the Mobile Refinery. Prior experience includes managing production at the Deer Park Refinery and Deer Park Chemical operations, where responsibilities encompassed all refinery operating departments and extensive chemical operations. Previously, at Shell from 2004 to 2010, Tammy served as Technology and Engineering Manager, overseeing multiple engineering disciplines for a large base chemical complex. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Christian Brothers University.
