Tele Shittu has extensive experience in leadership and management within both corporate and alumni association settings. As Managing Director at University of Benin Alumni Ventures Limited from August 2013 to December 2014, Tele conducted board meetings and developed working plans for ventures. From January 2013 to October 2017, Tele served as Regional Consultant for Data & Records Management at Shell Petroleum Development Company Nigeria Limited. Additionally, Tele held the position of Chairman at the University of Benin Alumni Association Port Harcourt Branch from January 2018 to October 2020 and was President of Shell Staff Cooperative Investment and Thrift Society from June 2012 to May 2016. Early in the career at Shell from September 2000 to February 2005, Tele contributed as a Software Application Developer, Asset Integrity and Systems Lead, and Senior Business Analyst across various departments. Tele holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Benin, obtained in 1990.
