Tetyana Losik is currently the Customer Operations Global Key Accounts Lead for EMEA. Previously, they served as a Continuous Improvement and Customer Experience Lead at Shell from 2016 to 2018 and began their career as a Telemarketer at RMF FM from 2009 to 2010. Tetyana earned a Master's degree in International Relations from the Cracow University of Economics, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, they attended the School of Polish for Foreign Students at the University of Lodz from 2004 to 2005.
