Thais Lima is currently the Valuation Lead at Shell, where they lead economic valuation processes for strategic decisions and provide robust analyses that maximize value. Previously, Thais worked as a consultant at KPMG Brasil, where they gained five years of experience in economic-financial modeling across various sectors, including energy and logistics. Their earlier experience includes an internship at BNDES and project management at Hidros Consultoria. Thais holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from UERJ and a post-graduate MBA in Corporate Finance from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
