Tharoua Lakhal is a well-rounded finance professional currently serving as the Finance Manager for Amilcar Petroleum Operations at Shell in Tunisia. With extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management, they played a significant role in the finance management of the Hasdrubal project and the establishment of the JV Company APO.
