Thiago Silva possesses extensive experience in the engineering field, particularly in the oil and gas industry. From August 2021 to December 2022, Thiago worked at Shell as a Facilities Engineer, FPSO Lead for Decommissioning & Recycle, and Maintenance, Reliability, and Turnaround Engineer. Prior to that, Thiago served as a Maintenance Engineer at MODEC, Inc. from November 2016 to March 2018 and held multiple roles, including Mechanical Engineer Trainee and Test Lead Engineer at Flowserve Corporation from September 2009 to August 2012.
