Tim Downs is a former GM of Shipping & Maritime for the Americas at Shell Trading, a position held from 2013 until retirement. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Marine Manager for North America at Shell from 2011 to 2013. Tim completed education at Cardiff from 1974 to 1978.
