Tobias Häfner is an experienced project manager with a strong background in energy systems and management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Shell since November 2022, Tobias has also held various roles at Fichtner since 2011, including Project Manager, Engineering Manager, and Senior Mechanical Engineer, specializing in power plants, solar thermal energy, desalination, and oil and gas sectors. From February 2013 to July 2015, Tobias worked as Deputy Executive Director of Southeast Asia at Fichtner Vietnam Company LTD., overseeing business development and project management. Prior experience includes positions at Imtech Deutschland GmbH & Co.
