Todd Harter

Todd Harter is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. They began their career as a Deckhand at Bruce Boat Rentals and progressed through positions including Able-Seaman at Tidewater Towing and DPO at Torch Offshore. From 2014, they have served as the Maritime Assurance Lead at Shell, while also working as an Independent Maritime Consultant for Baker Marine Solutions since 2011. Todd has contributed to maritime education as an Instructor and Recruiter at Passport Marine from 2000 to 2005, and they hold a Master's degree in Marine Management from the Maritime Institute of Technology & Graduate Studies, completed in 2011.
