Toib O. began their career as a secondary school economics teacher in one of London’s most disadvantaged areas, where they advanced to Deputy Director of Sixth Form, significantly increasing university progression rates. Transitioning into the corporate sphere, Toib has held various roles in business development and HR at notable companies, including Procter & Gamble and Shell, where they serve as Head of Employee Relations and Industrial Relations in the UK. Passionate about social mobility, Toib co-founded a charity and actively participates in civic endeavors. Currently, they are pursuing further education, including an MSc at Queen Mary University of London and a Post-Graduate Certificate at UCL Institute of Education. Toib's interests also include football, in which they have achieved competitive success.
