Tom Brashear

Tom Brashear is a seasoned technical program leader and digital transformation architect with extensive experience in the naval and energy sectors. From 2009 to 2011, Tom served in various capacities within the US Navy, including Director of Ship Class Maintenance and Modernization, where they oversaw critical maintenance and modernization activities for naval vessels. Currently, Tom works at Shell as a Senior Project Engineer, leveraging their expertise in maintenance and construction management. Tom holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Cybersecurity from the University of Texas at Tyler, along with a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor’s in Biological Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University.
