Tom Keltner

Tom Keltner has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Deep Water Wells Tech Deployment Lead for Shell Oil Company since November 2012, where responsibilities include leading technology deployment and acting as a principal technical expert for global well intervention. Previously, Tom held the position of Wells Delivery Manager, overseeing operations for multiple drilling rigs and wellwork operations. Prior to this, Tom was the North Louisiana C&WI Engineering Team Lead at Shell International Exploration and Production from January 2009 to November 2012 and the Completions and Well Intervention Engineering Team Lead at Shell Oil Company from January 2006 to January 2009. Tom Keltner earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin from 1980 to 1984.
