Tom Marshall, MScEng ChPP, is currently the EU&UK Carbon Capture & Storage Portfolio Manager at Shell, focusing on projects that support the energy transition. With a foundation in engineering and extensive experience in project management, Tom has held various senior roles at Shell since 2008, including Senior Project Engineer and Offshore Shift Supervisor. Tom began their career as a mechanical apprentice and has developed strong international expertise and cultural awareness throughout their professional journey. Tom earned a Master of Petroleum Technology with distinction from Curtin University.
