Tom Miles has extensive experience in the drilling and petroleum engineering sectors, having held various supervisory and engineering roles. Starting as a Building Materials Specialist at Bunnings from October 2006 to November 2010, Tom transitioned into the oil and gas industry, working at Oil Search Limited from January 2016 to May 2022 in multiple capacities including Drilling Supervisor and Drilling and Completions Engineer. Following this, Tom served as Senior Drilling Supervisor at Mitsui E&P Australia Pty Ltd from January 2022 to January 2023, and at Beach Energy Ltd from January 2023 to April 2024 in the same role. Currently, Tom is a Drilling Supervisor at Shell, beginning in April 2024. Tom holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from the University of New South Wales, earned between 2007 and 2011.
