州颖 Tommy 陈 has a diverse background in the shipping and maritime industry, having accumulated extensive experience from 2000 to the present. They began their career as a Cadet and advanced to Captain/Senior DPO at NOL, APL, OOCL, and SPO, before serving as a Navigator and later Malacca Straits Advisor and Tow Master/Rig Mover at Offshore. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Marine Surveyor for LOC and Global Maritime, and recently held the position of Marine Director at Towing & Navigation Pte Ltd. Currently, they serve as a Maritime Technical Advisor Upstream for Shell in the Asia Pacific and Middle East, drawing from their educational foundation in Nautical Studies from Singapore Polytechnic.
