Tony began as a Roughneck and later advanced to roles such as Well Test Engineer at Schlumberger and General Manager of Drilling at Shell Gabon, where significant growth in rig operations was achieved. Tony has held various senior positions at Shell, including Global Head of EPC Management and Senior Drilling Supervisor, leading major drilling and renewable energy projects across diverse geographical regions. Education includes a BEng in Engineering Geology and Geotechnics from the University of Portsmouth and professional certifications in well engineering and wireline engineering. Notable achievements include pioneering Shell's first Under Balance Drilling program and managing offshore drilling in resource-sensitive areas.
