Tracy Scott has extensive experience in process engineering and production supervision, beginning a career at PPG Industries as a Unit Support Engineer from November 1995 to August 1998. Tracy then worked at Honeywell from July 2002 to August 2008, holding roles as a Process Engineering and Production Supervisor, and as a HF Production Supervisor, overseeing a team of 41 employees and facilitating the startup of new production processes. Following this, Tracy served as a Production Supervisor at Aclon, leading the manufacturing facility, and later at Shell from September 2013 to July 2015 as a PACO run and maintain supervisor and Production Unit Manager. Tracy returned to Honeywell from April 2012 to August 2013 as an Expansion Manager, leading the commissioning and startup of new process facilities. Currently, since July 2015, Tracy holds the position of Olefins Process Engineering Supervisor at Shell Motiva. Tracy Scott earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University between 1991 and 1995.
