Tshepo Moabelo

Tshepo Moabelo is the Head of Supply Chain and Integrated Value Manager at Shell Lubricants South Africa, bringing over 15 years of end-to-end supply chain management experience. Currently, Tshepo serves as a Non-Executive Director for both Bituguard Southern Africa and Blendcor (a joint venture between Shell and BP). Tshepo has previously held various strategic roles at Shell, including Supply Planning Lead and Plant Manager, where they demonstrated expertise in operational excellence and stakeholder management. Educated in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Tshepo is also a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), passionate about personal development and maximizing the potential of others around them.
