Uen-Li Chia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Advisor for the Enterprise Leadership Transformation Program at the National University of Singapore since March 2021, Uen-Li has also been with Shell since April 2002, holding multiple significant positions including Global Head of Customer Experience and Channel Innovation, Downstream and Renewables Chief of Staff, and General Manager of Global Operations & Development for the Lubricants Supply Chain. Uen-Li's previous roles include Vice Chair of the Asian Lubricant Manufacturers Union and Management Consultant at Bain & Company. Uen-Li holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Master of Arts in Physics and Theoretical Physics from the University of Cambridge.
