Ventsislav Barbov is an experienced purchasing and marketing professional with a strong understanding of consumer goods market dynamics. They have held significant roles at Shell Bulgaria EAD as a Convenience Retail Manager and previously worked in various capacities at Metro Cash and Carry Bulgaria, including Head of Target Group Management and Head of Branding and Communications. Ventsislav's coaching skills were honed at Erickson Coaching International, where they earned a degree in solution-focused coaching. Currently, they are the Convenience Retail Manager for Central and Eastern European countries at Shell.
