Victor Jim Borja, CPA, has held various roles in tax management at Shell since 2015, currently serving as the Head of Indirect Tax Filing - US. Prior to this, they worked in multiple capacities related to indirect tax, including Senior Tax Manager positions and Tax Operations Manager. Victor began their career as an External Audit Associate at Punongbayan & Araullo from 2007 to 2009. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from San Beda University between 2004 and 2007.
