Victor Sodje

Victor Sodje is a goal-oriented professional serving as the Managing Director at NewcrossEP since 2017, where they oversee operations in the oil and gas industry. In addition to their role as Managing Director, they have been an Operations Manager at NewcrossEP since 2015 and at The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Ltd., contributing to their expertise in the field. Victor is currently pursuing two Doctor of Business Administration degrees—one in Business Administration and Management at SBS Swiss Business School and another in Strategy & Organizational Development at the University of Lagos. They also hold an Executive MBA from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt.
