Vijay Bhambhani is currently the Head of Portfolio and Continuous Improvement at Shell Catalysts & Technologies, focusing on strategy and decarbonization pathways. With a global career spanning over 20 years at Shell and its clean-tech startup Cansolv, they have led technology delivery across five continents and managed large-scale energy projects in China and Latin America. Early in their career, Vijay served as a Development Engineer at Cansolv, where they contributed to the commercial deployment of innovative gas treating technologies. They also shared their expertise as a part-time lecturer in process design at McGill University. Vijay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from McGill University.
