Vishal Kumar Jain

Vishal Kumar Jain is a global HR and DEI strategist with over 13 years of experience in various sectors, including energy. They began their career as a Summer Intern at Pearson Education, where they identified business opportunities for a project focused on higher education for persons with disabilities. Vishal later served as Senior Manager of HR MIS and Analytics at Tata Motors, leading the deployment of analytics across the organization. Currently, they are a Global Enablement, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisor at Shell, focusing on disability inclusion initiatives and inclusive strategies. Vishal holds a PGDM in Human Resource and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College.
