Dieckmann has led multidisciplinary teams and has a strong track record in developing and deploying new technologies for petroleum systems analysis. An internationally recognized Geoscientist, they have authored over 40 publications and contributed significantly to major industry conferences. Dieckmann completed their doctoral studies in Geology/Geochemistry at RWTH Aachen University.
