W. Austin Fleak

W. Austin Fleak is currently a Senior Business Development Manager at Shell, where they oversee emerging digital and CCUS technologies to enhance performance during the energy transition. Previously, they served as the Managing Partner at Silverbrook Energy LLC and held multiple engineering roles at BP, including Production Engineering Team Lead and Operations Engineer. W. Austin earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, cum laude, from the University of Wyoming. They also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Wyoming in 2008.
