Wail Nadeem has extensive experience in health, safety, and environment (HSE) management within the energy and industrial sectors. Starting as a Field Operator and Control Room Operator at Petro Rabigh from May 2005 to August 2008, Wail transitioned to various HSE Supervisor roles at SABIC, SANKYU Saudi Arabia, and Rabigh Power Company from 2013 to 2020. Currently serving as Safety Manager at Aljomaih & Shell Lubricating Oil Company Limited since September 2020, Wail utilizes a solid educational background, which includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Saudi Electronic University and an Associate’s Degree in Operation from Aramco ITC.
