Walter Stam

Walter Stam is a Lead Wells Engineer based in the Energy Transition Campus Amsterdam, managing a spectrum of engineering projects related to wells. With a background that includes roles such as Operational Supervisor and Project Lead at Shell, Walter has contributed to significant advancements in Carbon Capture Storage and intervention technologies. Previously, they were a Workshop Manager at F. Breeman B.V. and a Diagnostic Automotive Technician at Ford Schakel BV. Walter holds multiple degrees, including an MBA focused on Sustainability from Nyenrode Business University and a Master’s in Well Design & Engineering with Distinction from Robert Gordon University.
