Wei Song is currently the Global Technology Manager Innovation and Principal Science Fellow at Shell, focusing on base oils, additives, and lubricants technologies. Previously, Wei served as a Research and Development Scientist at Pennzoil-Quaker State International Corporation and held various roles at Shell, including Technical Service Center Manager and Global Technology Manager for Base Oils and Additives. Wei earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Houston.
