Weiqi Xu

Weiqi (Victor) Xu is currently the National Operations Manager for Smart Retail at 壳牌, a position held since 2018. Prior to this, they served as an Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager at Valeo and as an Ecommerce Manager at 3M. Weiqi's career began at Michelin as an Operation Manager before transitioning to a Senior Account Manager role. They earned an MBA in Business Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University between 2014 and 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from East China University of Science and Technology from 2005 to 2009.
