Wen Tang is currently the Technical Safety Team Lead at Shell, where they have been since 2010. They lead a team of technical safety engineers, providing process safety reviews, safeguarding consultations, and training for upstream and downstream operations. Wen earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University, completing their studies in 1988.
