William Smith MCGI is currently a Business Improvement Lead in the Transformation Team at Shell, having held various engineering positions at the company since 2014. Prior to joining Shell, they served as an Onshore Maintenance Team Lead for Wood Group PSN and held several roles in the Royal Navy, including Staff Engineer Officer and Warrant Officer 2.
