Wim Schinkel

Wim Schinkel is a retired professional with extensive experience at Shell, where they held several key roles from 2002 to 2016, including Innovation Manager and Technology Portfolio Manager. In these positions, they focused on fostering radical ideas in the energy sector and managing technology strategy and deployment for exploration and production. Schinkel also worked in research and development as the Team Leader of Systems & Control at Shell France from 1989 to 1992. They earned a Doctorate in Physics from Delft University of Technology from 1969 to 1979.
