Winston Lin

Winston Lin is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in backend software engineering, strategy, and analytics. Currently serving as a Backend Software Engineer in the Subsurface & Wells division and The Agile Hub at Shell since January 2024, Winston previously held the position of Chief of Staff for Architecture & Data in the Renewables & Energy Solutions sector at Shell from October 2021 to October 2023. Prior to this, Winston worked as a Specialist at MRE Consulting and held various roles at the Houston Rockets, including Director of Strategy & Analytics. Winston's early career includes entrepreneurial experience as a Co-Founder of Eat St. and roles in investment banking at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs. Academically, Winston holds a Master's degree in Information and Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Management Science - Finance and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
