Worship Jaiswal

Worship Jaiswal is currently serving as a Maritime Assurance Assessor at Shell since September 2025. Prior to this role, Worship worked as an Assistant Surveyor at the Indian Register of Shipping from June 2022 to July 2025. Worship gained initial experience through an Industrial Internship at Cochin Shipyard Limited in September 2021, focusing on shipbuilding facilities, inclining experiments, and model testing. Additional experience includes a Summer Internship at the Indian Register of Shipping in mid-2021, involving software testing and scantling calculations for bulk carrier ships, as well as a research internship at the National Institute of Ocean Technology in late 2019, concentrating on hydrodynamic diffraction analysis and efficiency analysis of an OTEC-based desalination plant. Worship holds a Bachelor of Technology in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from Indian Maritime University, Visakhapatnam, completed in 2022.
