Wouter Wenting

Wouter Wenting is an experienced Well Operations Manager at Shell, holding various leadership roles since June 2011, including Well Engineering Team Lead for both Performance & Planning and P&A Front End Design. Prior to this, Wouter served as a Senior Well Engineer Design for offshore tight gas, a Contracts Manager for rigs in the North Sea, and a Drilling Supervisor in Malaysia. Wouter's career commenced at Shell NAM BV as a Well Engineer and Drilling Engineer, and included a foundational role as a Project Engineer at Tebodin. With a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Twente, Wouter has a diverse background in planning, executing, and managing drilling operations across multiple environments.
