Xinyue Gao

Xinyue (Annabelle) Gao is an experienced design and innovation strategist focused on the energy transition and decarbonization. Currently, they work at Shell, leading the development of digital and innovation strategies in Offshore Wind and Carbon Capture & Storage. Xinyue has previously collaborated with major companies such as BP, Ford, and Honda, and has facilitated Climate Fresk workshops for communities and organizations. Their educational background includes a degree in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics, and Economics from the University of Warwick, along with ongoing studies in Traditional and Modern Upholstery at London Metropolitan University.
