Yahya Al Rubaiai

Yahya Al Rubaiai is a Senior Drilling Supervisor at Shell with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. They served as a drilling supervisor in the Mabrouk field from 2019 to 2023 and have previously held roles at BP as a Wellsite Leader and at Petroleum Development Oman in various capacities, including drilling supervisor. Yahya also worked as an accredited IWCF instructor and assessor at the Oman Institute for Oil and Gas and completed a Master's in Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2022. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University, earned in 2007.
