Yashwant Rathore

Yashwant Rathore is a Subsurface Team Leader at QatarEnergy, responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams in the development and production of offshore assets, particularly the Arab carbonate reservoir in the Dukhan field. With extensive experience in development geology and geo-modelling, Yashwant has previously held roles at leading organizations, including Shell and Petroleum Development Oman, where they contributed significantly to field development planning and reservoir management. Yashwant earned a Master of Science in Geology from Jai Narain Vyas University, further solidifying their expertise in the field.
