Youcef Saboundji

Youcef Saboundji is a highly motivated and experienced project controls professional with expertise in cost estimating, cost control, change and risk management, and project controls management within the Oil & Gas and Infrastructure sectors. They have held positions such as Project Controls Manager at KBR from 2004 to 2006 and are currently a Senior Cost Estimator at Shell since 2006. Youcef is pursuing multiple Master's degrees, including an MBA in Oil & Gas from Geneva Business School, a Master's in Refining & Petrochemicals Engineering from the Algerian Petroleum Institute, and a Master's in Project Management from The George Washington University.
