Yuan Han Thia, IHRP-SP, is a Lead HR Consultant and Global HR Business Partner at Shell, where they currently excel in various HR roles. They have previously held positions such as Policy Advisor and Policy & Benefits Manager, contributing significantly to employee relations and development. Yuan's career began as a Human Resources Intern at Johnson & Johnson and continued through roles at SABIC and Rolls-Royce. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the National University of Singapore and are currently participating in a Student Exchange Program at Ivey Business School.
